I can highly recommend the 66 Days Programme, from my initial chat with Dan where we discussed my goals to the weekly sessions I felt that Dan was invested in my journey and pushed just the right amount to motivate and help me achieve my goals.
The daily emails were both motivating and educational and I learned a lot which I have carried on following after the programme. I did my face-to-face sessions remotely and Dan tailored these to the equipment I had at home so I didn’t need to purchase anything additional. I looked forward to these sessions as the humour Dan injected into them made the press-ups a little easier!
After 66 days I am slimmer, fitter and healthier and I am amazed by how much I have achieved in such a short time. I can now run faster, lift more and, most importantly, play with my children for longer. I have found this programme to be excellent. Dan has provided the right balance of support, encouragement and driving improvement. I have learnt so much about nutrition, mobility and how to exercise properly. The main thing it has taught be is the importance of choices and how to focus on incremental improvement but do it consistently. I would recommend this programme to anyone wanted to get make a positive lifestyle change and learn how to do it well and consistently.
What a terrific programme this is! Dan’s approach of being understand of life’s day to day stresses along with his knowledge of fitness of diet made the 66 days really enjoyable without feeling like I was being trained by a PT. It did take slightly longer as a programme than 66 days - but that was mainly due to my schedule. I would call it a testament to Dan's flexibility and willingness to find a schedule that could suit my work/life schedule...

I’ve just finished the 66 Days programme and loved it every step of the way. I was looking for more structure and guidance as I’m not a naturally sporty person. I’m now feeling fitter and stronger than ever, which has also had lots of mental and health benefits. Dan is an excellent teacher, with precise and motivating feedback, catering the programme to suit your fitness journey.
This is a brilliant programme and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to get fitter, lose weight or just feel a bit better about life. I was sceptical at first, as I had never used a personal trainer nor been a member of a gym or done any real exercise in the last 20 years. However, Dan really took the time to create a programme that was suitable for me, a programme that was both achievable yet challenging - and the results were far better and more noticeable than I expected. This programme is so much more than just a fitness regime, and I have learned lessons about my body, nourishment, exercise and well-being that I will use well beyond the initial 66 days. No matter what shape you are in (and I was in bad shape) this programme really works and will leave you feeling fitter, slimmer and more energetic generally.

Dan really works with you as an individual, creating a program to suit you and ensuring you keep progressing each week.
