I've been working with Dan for about a year and a half now, and can't speak highly enough about him. He got me in excellent shape for my wedding - the best I've ever been in. Working with him has been a blast; he keeps things fresh, safety is a high priority (you know you're in really good hands with him), and the results are undeniable. Plus, he's fun and personable, so it's always a great time working out with him to guide you - he's the kinda guy you never wanna let down, and that definitely helps with consistency! I'd give him 100 stars if I could. If you want a personal trainer, look no further!

Hey folks!

I just have to give a big shoutout to this amazing gym trainer! Seriously, this guy is the real deal!

From day one, he's been all about the individual approach. He took the time to understand my goals and desires, making sure each workout is tailored to what I want to achieve. It's like having a personal coach just for me!

He genuinely cares about how I'm doing after each session and making sure I'm not pushing myself too hard but enought for result.

He's been dishing out advice on eating right, which vitamins to take, and even what sports supplements could give me that extra edge.

If you're looking for a trainer who cares, listens, and knows their stuff, this is your guy!

I can highly recommend the 66 Days Programme, from my initial chat with Dan where we discussed my goals to the weekly sessions I felt that Dan was invested in my journey and pushed just the right amount to motivate and help me achieve my goals.

The daily emails were both motivating and educational and I learned a lot which I have carried on following after the programme. I did my face-to-face sessions remotely and Dan tailored these to the equipment I had at home so I didn’t need to purchase anything additional. I looked forward to these sessions as the humour Dan injected into them made the press-ups a little easier!

After 66 days I am slimmer, fitter and healthier and I am amazed by how much I have achieved in such a short time. I can now run faster, lift more and, most importantly, play with my children for longer. I’ve enjoyed the programme so much I’ve continued to work with Dan setting new goals I didn’t think I would have been capable of just a few months ago, thanks Dan!

I have found this programme to be excellent. Dan has provided the right balance of support, encouragement and driving improvement. I have learnt so much about nutrition, mobility and how to exercise properly. The main thing it has taught be is the importance of choices and how to focus on incremental improvement but do it consistently. I would recommend this programme to anyone wanted to get make a positive lifestyle change and learn how to do it well and consistently.

Dan is an excellent coach / guide, with a real depth of knowledge and passion for all aspects of health, fitness, and wellbeing.

What a terrific programme this is! Dan’s approach of being understand of life’s day to day stresses along with his knowledge of fitness of diet made the 66 days really enjoyable without feeling like I was being trained by a PT. I now feel fitter, stronger, thinner and more understanding of my body and diet, along with learning new skills to keep my fitness journey going. Can’t recommend Dan highly enough!

Working with Dan I managed to hit my weight loss goals (dropping over 5kg) in a way that was convenient for me...

It did take slightly longer as a programme than 66 days - but that was mainly due to my schedule. I would call it a testament to Dan's flexibility and willingness to find a schedule that could suit my work/life schedule...

He knows his stuff and designed sessions that were both enjoyable and the right side of challenging...

I’ve just finished the 66 Days programme and loved it every step of the way. I was looking for more structure and guidance as I’m not a naturally sporty person. I’m now feeling fitter and stronger than ever, which has also had lots of mental and health benefits. This is a brilliant programme and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to get fitter, lose weight or just feel a bit better about life. I was sceptical at first, as I had never used a personal trainer nor been a member of a gym or done any real exercise in the last 20 years. However, Dan really took the time to create a programme that was suitable for me, a programme that was both achievable yet challenging - and the results were far better and more noticeable than I expected. This programme is so much more than just a fitness regime, and I have learned lessons about my body, nourishment, exercise and well-being that I will use well beyond the initial 66 days. No matter what shape you are in (and I was in bad shape) this programme really works and will leave you feeling fitter, slimmer and more energetic generally.

Really well designed and supportive program - I highly recommend if you want to make long-term changes to your diet and exercise. Dan really works with you as an individual, creating a program to suit you and ensuring you keep progressing each week. The training sessions were excellent, I walked away with lots of new knowledge on exercise and diet - it’s changed a lot of bad habits into good ones!
