This is a brilliant programme and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to get fitter, lose weight or just feel a bit better about life. I was sceptical at first, as I had never used a personal trainer nor been a member of a gym or done any real exercise in the last 20 years. However, Dan really took the time to create a programme that was suitable for me, a programme that was both achievable yet challenging – and the results were far better and more noticeable than I expected. This programme is so much more than just a fitness regime, and I have learned lessons about my body, nourishment, exercise and well-being that I will use well beyond the initial 66 Days. No matter what shape you are in (and I was in bad shape) this programme really works and will leave you feeling fitter, slimmer and more energetic generally.
